What Corner Fits The Titans System The Best

The day before the Draft the Tennessee Titans have many different options with the 11th pick in tomorrows draft. Many expects predicts them to pick a cornerback, or trade back in the draft to aquire more picks.  If the Titans do go with a corner who is the best fit for the system.  The top three corners in the draft are Oklahoma State’s Justin Gilbert, Michigan State’s Darqueze Dennard, and Virginia Tech’s Kyle Fuller. Gilbert has the most upside with his size and speed, many say Dennard is maybe the most pro ready right now, but I believe Fuller may be the best player for the Titans. His physical nature along with his cover skills, and ability to make tackles, fit the style of play that the Titans play, and the style of the AFC South as a whole. If the Titans select Fuller, I believe he will become a major playmaker that will help jolt this defense to one of the best in the NFL. The Titans wouldn’t go wrong with either one of these outstanding players, I just feel that Fuller would be the perfect fit to their system.
